Security and trust
Security is part of how we work.
Tavryqen approaches AI transformation, automation, and cybersecurity work with practical safeguards, clear boundaries, and human accountability.
Our approach
We aim to design and deliver work with least privilege, data minimization, documented operating boundaries, and appropriate human review. The safeguards for each engagement are shaped by its scope, systems, data, and risk profile.
Handling client information
- Collect information needed to assess, deliver, and support the agreed work.
- Limit access to people and systems that need it for the engagement.
- Establish handling expectations before work begins, including retention and access requirements where applicable.
- Avoid requesting passwords, credentials, protected health information, financial account data, or other sensitive records through public forms.
AI and automation safeguards
Automation is not a substitute for responsible judgment. Tavryqen defines the intended workflow, validates outputs before deployment, and incorporates human review where the work, risk, or client requirements call for it. In healthcare settings, our focus is operational automation and workflow support, not clinical decision-making.
Website and inquiry protections
Our website is intended to use HTTPS and applies server-side validation and request controls to the inquiry process. Public submissions are delivered to a protected site recipient and are not displayed publicly.
Responding to concerns
When a security concern is reported or identified, our process is to assess the issue, contain it where appropriate, determine impact, communicate through the relevant channels, recover, and improve the safeguards involved.
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting this website, please use the contact page and include only the information needed to describe the issue. Do not post vulnerability details publicly.
Discuss your security requirements
We can discuss the appropriate safeguards, access boundaries, and delivery expectations for your organization.
